Phone Sex Operator FAQ. How to apply for a PSO job.

At this time, we are only able to hire male operators with professional experience. Please list the companies you've worked for in the space provided on the application. If this is left blank, your application will be deleted. 

We hire people in the US and Canada. If you are Canadian, you will need to open a US bank account to receive Direct Deposit payments.  Alternatively, we can mail you a check twice a month to your physical address.

RBC, TD Bank, CIBC, Scotiabank, BMO, and Tangerine all offer US bank accounts for Canadian citizens. This could be a simple option if you already bank with one of these establishments, and you don’t need a US citizenship to apply  Each bank will have its own requirements when opening a US bank account from Canada. 

You must be 18 years or older and provide valid ID. All ages over 18 are welcome.

We have two types of calls:

• Per minute calls - Pays a per-minute commission rate as well as request bonuses and higher pay per minute for extended hold times.
• Flat rate calls - Pays a flat rate for a fixed amount of time. Example: A 20 minute flat rate call will pay the same whether all of the minutes are used or if the caller only uses 10 minutes. Plus request bonuses.

We offer Direct Deposit payments to your checking or savings account. Pay periods are twice a month and end on the 16th and the 1st  of the month, 12 a.m. PST. You will receive your pay within 7 business days of the pay period closing.

Here is what you will need:

• An official ID, which shows your age. Example: Drivers license, Passport, University ID
• Social Security number (US citizens) in order to file your 1099.
• A phone with a clear connection and strong signal.  A landline is preferred, but we will allow use of mobile phones as long as the calls are clear and there are minimal dropped calls.
• A quiet place to do calls
• A stopwatch. You can use the one under the Clock feature on your iPhone or Andriod.

•  Callers are looking for PSOs with personality. Show that in your application. Incomplete applications and applications which demonstrate an obvious lack of communication skills are always deleted.
• Please be honest in regards to your subject limitations. We don't want PSOs taking calls they're uncomfortable or unfamiliar with. If a person is uncomfortable/unfamiliar with the content of the call, they are likely to do the call poorly and receive complaints. Nobody wants that. Having restrictions does not mean you will not get hired. We will honor whatever subject restrictions you have.
• We are not always hiring. Lack of contact from us isn't always a rejection. Your PSO application will be kept on file for 90-Days. If you haven't heard back from us in that time frame, you are welcome to reapply.
